  • For the average human looking to improve their fitness and quality of life, those complications offer misdirection, confusion, distraction, and introduce more opportunities for the plan to go off the rails. It’s noise.
  • What's the Solution?
  • Two questions. Does this actually do anything? Do we have much control over it? Counter-intuitively, by clearing out the noise and useless complexity, we actually open up our options and are better able to leverage the control we DO have.
